Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, integration, and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
