The Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our operations and product teams to identify trends, analyze user behavior, and optimize our data infrastructure. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
- Analysis & Reporting: Perform statistical analysis and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
- Visualization: Create intuitive data visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, queries, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a part-time or remote capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Ability to relocate to Raleigh, NC (relocation assistance provided).
