What You'll Do: Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions, develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, and present findings to executive stakeholders. You'll leverage our cutting-edge cloud infrastructure to solve complex business challenges and mentor junior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Create executive-level visualizations and KPI dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and recommend data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements
- Present complex findings to C-level executives through compelling narratives
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize business initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
