Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data governance standards.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders to drive business decisions.
- Identify discrepancies in data and work on corrective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in data analysis, preferably in the tech or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time remote/hybrid environment.
