Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to translate complex data findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
- Document data processes and create technical specifications to support data governance and reporting standards.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize business strategies.
- Assist in the creation of regular reporting schedules and executive summaries for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
