Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within business data.
- Reporting: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports for stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- SQL Querying: Write optimized SQL queries to extract data from various databases and data warehouses.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to define data requirements and solve business problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
- Tools: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
