Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within business data sets.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and executive summaries that drive actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL to query databases and extract specific datasets required for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is essential.
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience creating dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule (20-30 hours per week) with a focus on remote or hybrid work options.
