Responsibilities
- Analyze complex, multi-source datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive strategic decision-making.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and marketing to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, presenting insights clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Conduct statistical modeling and forecasting to support business planning initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably within a tech or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and programming languages (Python or R).
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
