Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various databases efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours while managing multiple priorities effectively.
