Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and structure large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical modeling and A/B testing to evaluate marketing campaigns and product performance.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand data requirements and support feature development.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining our data warehouse architecture and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a tech or e-commerce environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours per week) with the ability to work remotely.
