Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to extract data from various sources.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Monitor data quality and recommend process improvements for data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
