We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our growing analytics team in Indianapolis. This flexible 20-hour/week role offers remote work options with occasional in-person collaboration at our downtown office. You'll work with cutting-edge tools to drive data-driven decisions for our Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, retail, and logistics sectors.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and tracking methodologies
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
- Support A/B testing frameworks for optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL and visualization tools
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and Power BI/Tableau
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects with measurable impact
