Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather and process large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights.
- A/B Testing: Assist in designing and analyzing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve specific data sets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
