Join our dynamic analytics team as a Part-Time Data Analyst and transform raw data into actionable business insights. This flexible 20-hour/week opportunity offers remote collaboration options with occasional in-person meetings in our vibrant downtown San Diego office. You'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across our healthcare technology division.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Develop automated data pipelines for real-time monitoring and alerts
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives
- Maintain data integrity and implement quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards preferred
