- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI
- Develop monthly performance reports for key stakeholders
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs
- Present findings to non-technical audiences
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience working with CRM or marketing analytics platforms
