Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Produce detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear, business-friendly language.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to define data requirements and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation. Experience with Excel and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule, ideally 15-25 hours per week.
