Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize product performance
- Create automated data pipelines to streamline reporting workflows
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Ensure data integrity across cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI visualization
- Familiarity with statistical analysis (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex data projects
- Strong written communication for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery)
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment
