Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert teams to anomalies
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support data initiatives
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance protocols

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including VLOOKUP/pivot tables), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
