Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and patterns

- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies in large datasets

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design principles
- Experience working with government or non-profit datasets preferred
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
