Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Support marketing campaigns through customer segmentation and performance analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance and validation protocols
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with data cleaning and ETL processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preferred: Python/R programming experience or Google Analytics certification
