Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau for executive presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for client KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and Tableau
- Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills
- Experience working with healthcare datasets preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
