Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or reporting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and Tableau
- Strong attention to detail with data validation skills
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
