Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations to leadership
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation of analytical processes
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design principles
- Experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and scripting languages
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
