Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses
- Present findings to non-technical teams through compelling visualizations
- Maintain and improve data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency
- Support ad-hoc analytics projects for marketing and operations teams
- Document processes and maintain data quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Experience with data visualization best practices
- Ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R preferred
