Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare and clean data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Generate weekly performance reports and KPI tracking for department heads
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support strategic initiatives
- Document processes and maintain data dictionaries for clarity
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL and Excel
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis (bonus)
- Authorized to work in the United States
