What You Will Do:
As a Part-Time Data Analyst at Apex Insight Group, you will bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy. You will work closely with department heads to understand their needs and deliver precise, actionable reporting that impacts our bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
- Excellent command of Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
