Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems from diverse sources including CRM, ERP, and IoT devices
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Create automated reporting pipelines for monthly performance reviews
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaign ROI through data segmentation
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using storytelling techniques
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years experience with SQL and database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical modeling
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ completed analytics projects
