Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data models and reports.
- Clean, validate, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Create regular performance reports and executive summaries for management.
- Assist in the development of data governance policies and documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Must be willing to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week).
