Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, scrub, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in business data.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership and operational teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations departments to define data requirements and answer ad-hoc business questions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in SQL for database querying and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Visualization: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
