We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our data-driven decision-making process in a flexible, part-time role (20-25 hours/week). This position offers remote work options with occasional in-person collaboration at our Atlanta headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare and clean data for modeling, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Generate weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Support A/B testing frameworks for marketing optimization
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Tableau or Power BI certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
