We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite security team. In this role, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital assets, ensuring data integrity, and mitigating security threats.

Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and incidents through SIEM tools and respond to potential threats in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Configure and manage firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
- Generate and present weekly security reports to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT field.
- Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CEH are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and common attack vectors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with tools like Splunk, Wireshark, or Snort is a plus.
