Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP platforms
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Monitor system performance using CloudWatch/Prometheus and optimize resource utilization
- Implement security best practices including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance frameworks
- Provide Tier-3 support for cloud incidents and conduct root cause analysis
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS)
- Document architecture decisions and create technical runbooks
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS/GCP services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and Linux administration
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Certifications (AWS/GCP Certified Cloud Engineer preferred)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and load balancing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
