Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability.
- Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards.
- Automate routine tasks and optimize cloud costs using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to drive architectural improvements.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud engineering or systems administration.
- Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
