Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency.
- Present design concepts and iteration ideas to the team during weekly design reviews.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and testing results to improve user satisfaction.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and browsers.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; we value potential and enthusiasm over a lengthy resume.
- Portfolio showcasing your design process, sketches, or academic projects (a personal blog or Behance is a great place to start).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, but not mandatory.
