Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (Python, Java, React)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-performance systems
- Debug, optimize, and deploy applications in a cloud-native environment (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product roadmaps

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in backend/frontend development
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
