Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python
- Implement robust security protocols for 24/7 cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with global teams during overlapping business hours
- Lead incident response and system optimization during night shift operations
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements for faster deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through our internal knowledge-sharing platform
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in AWS cloud services and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
