Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks (Java, Python, or C++).
- Perform rigorous code reviews, write comprehensive unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a 24/7 production environment with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (remotely during US business hours) to define requirements, architectural decisions, and technical specifications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the CI/CD pipeline to automate deployment processes and maintain system stability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (Java, Python, C#, or Go).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong plus.
