Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems supporting global enterprise applications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure using AWS/GCP services
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers during night shift rotations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical production issues
- Optimize system performance and security protocols for high-traffic platforms
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decision-making
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning during night hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript with modern frameworks
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong background in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Scrum, or similar) preferred
