Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues during night shifts
- Write clean, testable code following industry best practices and CI/CD methodologies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in backend development with Python, Java, or Node.js
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms

- Ability to work independently during night shifts and communicate effectively across time zones
