Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Python, and Go
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless integration
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Document technical specifications and contribute to code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers during shift overlaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Strong problem-solving skills with debugging expertise
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for async collaboration
