Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create automated reporting dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data-driven decision processes
- Develop predictive models for customer behavior and market forecasting
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Support night shift operations with 24/7 data pipeline monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing (AWS Redshift preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable working night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
