Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement data governance best practices
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to ensure timely delivery of critical business metrics
- Support overnight operational teams by providing real-time data analysis during critical business hours
- Present findings to leadership teams and recommend data-driven strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to relocate to Tampa, Florida with relocation assistance provided
