Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Create automated dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Monitor overnight operational metrics and alert stakeholders to critical issues
- Develop and maintain data quality frameworks for overnight data pipelines
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with overnight shift scheduling preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Certifications in AWS or Google Cloud Analytics a plus
