Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create automated reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for client portfolios
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to stakeholders during morning briefings
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from night shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
