Join our innovative data team as a Night Shift Data Analyst! We're seeking analytical minds to transform raw data into actionable insights during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST). This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with occasional on-site collaboration in our Cleveland hub. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Power BI to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during business hours (remote sync)
- Develop predictive models to optimize operational efficiency
- Document data pipelines and maintain data integrity standards
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests during shift hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects
