Your Mission
You'll be the cornerstone of our data intelligence team, analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends, create predictive models, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive our clients' success. Your night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM CT) ensures seamless global data operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Monitor data quality and implement automated validation processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Optimize ETL processes for real-time data processing during night shift operations
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or flexible scheduling
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in remote settings
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
