Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Create automated reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Monitor data quality pipelines and troubleshoot ETL processes during overnight maintenance windows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning
- Document methodologies, data sources, and analytical frameworks for team knowledge base
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design principles
