- Create automated reports and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Monitor data pipelines nightly, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights during handoff periods
- Develop predictive models to optimize business operations and KPI tracking
- Document processes and maintain data dictionaries for consistency
- Support ad-hoc data requests with rapid turnaround during shift hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or remote work background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
