Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis: Extract, clean, and interpret large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and patterns.
- Generate executive reports: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity: Ensure all data pipelines are functioning correctly and implement best practices for data governance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Optimize dashboards: Update and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
