Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Create and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies in large datasets
- Present findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Support continuous improvement of data collection and analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
